2007 sophomore album from the former guitarist with Britpoppers Ash. Whilst reminiscent of the classic Ash songwriting style, this features a more retro sound inspired by girl guitar pop bands like the Bangles and the Go-Gos and '90s indie rockers Lush and the Breeders. Produced by Luke Smith who has worked with PJ Harvey and Frank Black. 12 tracks including the singles 'Behave' and 'I Want You To Know'. Little Sister.

The debut single from Ash's female quarter, Charlotte Hatherley, is a sumptuous sunshine anthem that crosses the breathless indie pop of Belly with the 60s girl-group genius of bands like the Shangri Las. Taken from her magnificent debut album 'Grey Will Fade', 'Summer' proves that Hatherley's gift for power pop is equal to that of her bandmate Tim Wheeler. Marvelous stuff. The title track is b/w two non-LP tracks, 'Commodore' & 'S.M.U.T.'. Double Dragon. 2004.
